  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location

5. Prepaid Orders Only

  • We currently accept prepaid orders only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

6. Delays & External Factors

Tara Adore is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events

However, we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct while placing the order
  • Tara Adore is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details

If the order is returned due to incorrect details:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times
  • If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable

9. Damaged or Tampered Package

  • Do not accept the package if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered
  • Record a proper unboxing video while opening your package

  • Reporting damaged items
  • Reporting missing products

Claims without unboxing proof may not be accepted.
